As we mark National Sorry Day annually on 26 May in the lead up to Reconciliation Week, we reflect and remember those of the Stolen Generations.

Proud to attend and be a part of many significant events honouring the Stolen Generations and their resilience every year, including the annual Apology Breakfast convened by Message Stick.

The stories of those who were removed will always be remembered.

Today (26th May) marks National Sorry Day and it was a strong turnout for the 29th annual Teralba Park Stolen Generations Support Group Inc. commemoration in Brisbane, with hundreds coming together to acknowledge the pain and suffering of the Stolen Generations and their families.

Huge congratulations to Zaachariaha Fielding, proud Yankunytjatjara man from the APY Lands in South Australia, musician, and artist, on the 2026 National NAIDOC Week Poster announcement!

“Paralpi is about movement — movement through generations, through memory, through song and story. It speaks to the strength our people carry and the beauty of culture continuing to evolve while staying deeply connected to who we are" - Fielding.

Thank you to the Reconciliation Queensland Inc for the opportunity to emcee its recent gala on behalf of Gilimbaa.

It was a powerful evening filled with connection, reflection and celebration, and a great reminder of the importance of coming together in the spirit of reconciliation.

Tomorrow night! See you there.

Tomorrow night! See you there.

We are excited.
2 more sleeps until our big night.

Introducing our deadly MC for the night David Williams from Gilimbaa, ready to bring the energy and lead us through an unforgettable evening.

We’re almost there. Let’s go.

Recently I had the pleasure of being a part of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade's 'G'Day by the Bay' event in Singapore, sharing and celebrating our culture overseas alongside the High Commissioner and other distinguished guests.

Part of the trip included a workshop with the deadly students at Singapore's School of the Arts, in which we explored different aspects of the didgeridoo and enjoyed an impromptu jam.

Check out this brief overview video.

"Reconciliation should be felt, not just written" - David Williams.

Our Executive Director explores how the next generation gains when organisations commit to embedding reconciliation at their heart.

Being on stage with my daughter Harriet at the launch of the Goodstart Early Learning Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was one of my proudest moments as a dad. In that moment, I could see the future we talk about taking shape in front of me; a future where our kids grow up surrounded by culture, sto

We love getting behind the camera to capture deadly mob doing deadly things and it always means a lot to collaborate with other Indigenous organisations doing strong work in community and across the creative sector.

As part of BlakDance's First Nations Creative Pathways Program, we’ve been capturing a series of headshots to support their journey and profile as emerging creatives; helping them step further into who they are and where they’re headed.

Proud to be part of it.

As we acknowledge National Doctors’ Day this week, we recognise the important and positive impacts doctors have on our communities.

We acknowledge our client the Royal Flying Doctor Service - Queensland Section, with whom we co-created the ‘Our Journey is Shared, Our Spirit is Strong’ artwork to bring their story to life.

The artwork now travels far and wide, including on RFDS’s mobile dental service, supporting better health outcomes in rural and remote communities.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Aunty Rhoda Roberts. We are lucky to have worked with Aunty Rhoda over the years.

Our country is a better place because of her, and her legacy will last for generations to come.

While there have been many tributes shared acknowledging the contributions she pioneered in our sector, John-Paul Janke has perhaps summed it up best:

Rhoda Roberts AO carried her culture and identity with unapologetic confidence and staunch purpose.
