Wooah, we discovered a new Google Search feature this week!
It looks like Google has rolled out a brand-new feature in search: "Most Mentioned Places". This may be a part of the update it's currently rolling out, which still has about a week to complete.
It could be a game-changer for local businesses. Particularly if you do or don't have many reviews in your Google Business Profile.

When searching for local services, such as "Physio", a new carousel showcases businesses labelled as "Most Mentioned Places".
What's the big deal?
The businesses listed in this carousel are ranked based on the number of Google reviews they have — from highest to lowest. That means your reviews are now even more crucial for getting noticed!
Interesting Find: Google is also pulling images from your social media pages, like Facebook! This means that your social presence and up-to-date content could influence how you're seen in this new section.
