If you feel like you're constantly posting and not seeing growth it might be time to start listening to your audience.

Yes trends are fun but is that what you're audience are looking for?

Posting more doesn't always mean guaranteed results. Less posts that deliver on quality will often outperform high content volume just for the sake of it.

Before you're next post, ask yourself:
- who is this actually for?
- do they want to see it?
- what do I want them to do next?
- does this reflect my brand?

And as always when in doubt, follow the data!

Sometimes finding your voice can be challenging especially when you're competing with all the noise that's out their flooding our social feeds.

The good news is you don't have to be the best at everything you just have to pick one thing that you do well and make it your own.

When it comes to building brand strength you want to work towards two key things - recognition and visibility. Finding your point of difference and using that to establish the positioning of you or your brand as an industry leader is the best place to start.

So next time you're battling between being on trend, engaging, relevant and all the other pressures that come with creating good content remember to just keep it simple and write what you know.

What makes an effective social media campaign?

A good social media campaign should:

- Educate
- Inform
- Entertain
- Be useful
- Connect

No-one likes being sold to! Creating content that your audience want to engage with makes all the difference when getting your message across.

I recently worked with Central Australian Women's Legal Service to develop a social media campaign as part of the Workplace Equality and Respect Program.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Central Australian Women's Legal Service (CAWLS) on a creative campaign for the Workplace Equality and Respect Program.

Working closely with the CAWLS team I created two posters which would form the foundation for a larger educational campaign in the lead up to the program launch.

The campaign included:
- Print materials (posters and brochures)
- A social media campaign and content
- Coordination and promotion of the program launch event
- A unique landing page on the CAWLS website

CAWLS along with NT Working Women's Centre and several other Northern Territory Women's Legal Services have implemented the Workplace Equality and Respect Program to provide legal assistance services to people experiencing workplace sexual harassment or discrimination.
