WORK IN PROGRESS. After another flood in our beloved office, it was time to move and with that move I wanted a new vibe we have officially transitioned from our boho bungalow style office and will soon be unveiling our new classic, and timeless space.

Our new space extends outwards and downwards! (meaning we have a hidden downstairs space 🤪) and we also have exclusive outdoor use with the opportunity to host small brand launches and events 🙌🏼

When we reflect we often focus so hard on the hardships we have overcome to make sense of the year that has been.

The truth is we all have hardships and our lives are always going to reflect on these moments when a year comes to an end but I encourage you to look at how your hardships allowed you to blossom in so many different ways.

When people speak of growing a business they always talk about how it was the hardest thing they’ve ever done.

It is, it is hard but it is also so many other people’s dream and what fun is a dream if it sounds like it is hard? I don’t want my children to never pursue something because it is hard and for these same reasons I won’t focus on the hardships in 2021 because at the same time growing a business allowed me to:

• learn new skills
• unlock more of my potential
• empower other people
• create flexibility
• generate jobs for other people
• facilitate a positive work environment
• work from anywhere

I accomplished so much going from 1 staff member at the beginning of 2021 to 3 new staff members.

I love what I do everyday, achieving clients real results, working with incredible talent via our sister agency and empowering all the people that cross paths with me because at the end of the day — you need to create a business you love and that always needs to be the core of your growth so don’t forget to look after your mindset at the same time as trying to achieve all your goals in 2022 because you can focus so hard on all the hard times that they define you and break you down or remind yourself of all the good ones and lift yourself up and be better, do better because the only focus you should have is being 1% better everyday.
