Over the past four years we’ve grown a lot as a company, evolving from a traditional PPC shop into a broader growth partner for the brands we work with.

Partnering with WYN republic has been a dream come true. 🏊‍♂️🚴🏃‍♀️

Founded by two world-class professional triathletes, Beth and Luke McKenzie, WYN is more than just a triathlon apparel brand. It’s a movement fuelled by community, grit, and performance (and lots of gels).

This brand wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built on race day, through genuine connection with pro sponsors, ambassadors, and everyday tri-lovers. It’s also their obsession with product innovation and technical performance that sets WYN apart.

Kyle brings a wealth of experience from his background in advertising, law, and years of hands-on work in both above-the-line campaigns and performance marketing. His passion lies in attribution models and buyer psychology, and we’re thrilled to have him apply that expertise here at farsiight.

Want to squeeze better performance from your paid ads campaigns in Q4? 💡

Our Co-Founder, Ben Somerville, has shared five key recommendations to help you get more from your media spend:

1️⃣ Avoid over-investing in bottom-of-funnel media – Let your retention channels do the heavy lifting at driving repeat customers, and focus the primary investment of paid media spend into driving new customers.

2️⃣ Tighten campaign exclusions on Meta – Focus TOF campaigns on new customers, excluding previous purchasers for better overall efficiency.

3️⃣ Rethink low-incremental-value campaigns ie. Brand Campaigns on Search – Trim down or eliminate branded campaigns unless competitors are bidding on your terms or if you’re wanting to promote specific messaging.

4️⃣ Focus on conversion objectives on Meta – Conversion campaigns with purchase goals consistently perform best; reconsider non-conversion campaigns.

5️⃣ Refine your product marketing strategy – Segment your PMAX campaigns by margin and prioritise high-margin products to improve profitability.

Nick Graham.

We’re stoked to announce Nick’s recent promotion to Performance Lead, where he’ll now be leading the entire media buying team at farsiight.

Over the past five years, Nick defined what it means to be at the top the game. We’d never met anyone as sharp on the tools as Nick, and it wasn’t long before he was promoted to PPC Team Leader—his first management role that pushed him outside his comfort zone.

As expected from someone with Nick’s work ethic, he quickly grew into a manager and leader who’s incredibly respected at farsiight. Nick’s the one you can always count on—for strategic support and for making the workday just a little more enjoyable.

After close to a decade of searching for the right place to pour their passion & energy, two brothers, Josh & Ben Somerville, launched Farsiight in 2017. Sourcing inspiration from their first hand experience working both agency & client side, they realised that the “customer obsessive culture” that has become so pervasive within tech companies was clearly missing in digital agencies.

And just like that Farsiight, The Agency For Growth was born 🚀

Josh brings to the table a decade of experience in PPC, and Ben, a proven sales & operations leader in the tech space set out to build an agency defined by integrity, radical transparency & a genuine love for their customers.

Fast forward two years and Farsiight has quickly become a proven leader in their core verticals; SaaS, E-Commerce & Marketplaces.
