Qualifications & experience
• Experience with analytical tools and email marketing engines
• 2- 3 years’ work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Marketing or communications degree, or equivalent
• A good track record of delivering digital, SEO and content strategies and projects

Your Duties Include:
• Working closely with the Creative Director to implement an overarching marketing strategy
• Writing, researching and producing fun, engaging content packages for our social channels & our clients of many demographics
• Producing marketing content for our public-facing EDMs
• Creating, executing and managing digital campaigns (Facebook ads)
• Brainstorming/ideation for social storytelling concepts
• Content creation for our blog, including uploading blogs to WordPress
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Update website content as needed
• Create presentation templates as required

Required Skills:
• Rises to writing challenges and is ready to grab your writer’s block by the horns
• Outstanding written English, numeracy and communication skills
• Knows the social media space like the back of your hand
• Team-player
• Has strong conceptual skills
• Organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Has full working rights in Australia

We are currently seeking to add a driven & self-motivated Sales Representative
to play a key role in securing new leads. This role will involve working closely with the Managing Director to ensure KPI’s targets are met. �You will be the point of contact between Vision Crew Marketing and its customers.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
