All ready for another wonderful day of helping my beautiful clients discover their unique Colour ID 🌸

I now consult at weekends out of a lovely Pilates studio in Morningside. It’s a serene space and has the most amazing filtered natural light which is super important for doing Colour Analysis 🤩

There are 12 main colour ID’s a client can be and of these 12 there are nuances that are individual to each client.

I wonder what Colour ID my clients will be today 😊😊

A month or so ago I had a call from a lovely young lady who booked me to do a colour analysis for her. She asked me if it would be ok to film the session! Yes of course I said!

Turns out it was the delightful Lucy who is a YouTuber with quite the following! We had such a fun session.

I’m so grateful to Lucy for her video as it really helps explain what I do in a colour analysis.

A personal colour analysis takes around 90 minutes and here is Lucy’s wonderfully edited video of her session to give you an idea of what I do.

We all love a good before and after photo don’t we!

It’s so satisfying for my clients to see the results too and this was no exception!

I completed this job without my client so that she could be out doing far more important and fun things!

I researched and sourced the containers needed and decluttered and reorganised so she could come home to a lovely surprise of a more organised and functional pantry and medicine cupboard.

My client is a very busy working Mum who’s been having some health challenges too and has a lot on her plate. She just needed the job done so she could tick that off her to do list.

Her pantry was smallish but had deep high shelves so I needed to maximise as much of the space as possible as this is her only large storage space in the kitchen.

Sourcing containers in the correct sizes for the space is even more challenging at the moment as there are still stock issues worldwide, but with a little (we’ll a lot!) of thinking on my feet I found what I needed!

I thought you’d like to see some ‘during’ photos too of the declutter and categorise, assign and edit and the label and final touches process! 🤩🤩

Off to do a full pantry reorganisation today 🤩🤩

I definitely need a van! It’s on my wish list 😃

Did you know that you don’t even need to be at home or do anything for me to come and do your pantry?

I take all the hard work out of it and I offer the service of planning researching and sourcing all the products needed and reorganise your pantry for you whilst you are out for the day 🌸

If you suit warm clear colours or warm clear and bright colours good old Kmart has some fabulous tees at the moment in your colours 🤩

Shops typically stock more cool colours so if you do suit these warm colours buy them when you see them!!

I am a warm clear and light colouring and this is one of my best colours but it’s often hard to find.

My pantry refresh 🤩

My pantry needed a refresh including new containers so on my days off that’s what I decided to do! I love reorganising and refreshing other people’s pantries but I had been totally neglecting mine!

I have a smallish pantry so need to maximise every nook and cranny! Most pantries I come across in my work seem to have some strange configuration to them so we need to get creative to make the space as usable as possible.

I had been eyeing of these OXO Pop containers for a while so when I found them on special I grabbed them!

Hope you enjoy the before and afters! Not a major transformation but it looks so much more pleasing to the eye 😍😍

I hope the pantry moths can read my sign 🚫😆🤞

Let the fun begin!!! Whoop! whoop! 💃🏼

What does a professional organiser do on their day off? Re organise their pantry of course 😁😁🤩🤩

I like to research and try out everything myself before I recommend anything to my clients. Whilst researching pantry storage containers this brand really stood out.

I tried a couple of their containers out first and was impressed with their seals, stackability, range of size and shape options, functionality, quality and durability and of course their aesthetic! So when I found out this set was on super special at my local HSW I jumped at the chance to get them 😍😍

My pantry was already pretty well organised but as it’s a very small pantry I knew I needed an even better system that was really functional and also it had to have lids that were going to be extremely easy for my teen boys to put back on properly 😆🙄 I also wanted it look pretty too 😍😍

My current Tupperware storage system that I have been very happy with and have had for donkeys years will be sold or passed on 💖💖

Garage de clutter, edit and reorganise.

I am so grateful to my lovely client Geraldine for giving me the opportunity to help her complete this fabulous job from start to finish ❤️

Geraldine had recently moved and needed to make space in her new garage for her car. She also wanted help to go through and edit and reorganise boxes of belongings before any were reassigned to other areas of the house.

We really needed to edit the boxes down and reorganise them so we could reduce the 4 existing shelving units down to just two! On top of that the two shelving units had to be moved to allow for the taller ones to be kept and moved to the correct side of the garage 💪🏻💪🏻 All of this as you can imagine was no mean feat!!

Geraldine still has a few boxes to do a bit of final editing or relabel or get new containers for hence the post it notes but essentially it’s job done!

We had a lot of fun doing this and celebrated with a well earned glass of Prosecco whilst we sat in her garage admiring her shelves 😆

As always part of the joy for me when I’m working with my clients is meeting their lovely fur babies and Ollie the dog was no exception 😍😍
