Two buyers. One website. Opposite needs.
Shayona Trix sells EV charging Australia-wide.
The homeowner wants one charger — will it suit my car, will it fit the garage, who installs it. Decides in a week.
The fleet manager or owners corporation wants twelve — load balancing, OCPP, remote management, and a spec sheet their sparkie can argue with. Decides over three months.
Point both at the same product page and you lose both.
So we built separate journeys for home, fleet, workplace and apartments — running on one catalogue and one stock position underneath.
The platform decision that matters isn't which cart you use. It's whether it holds two buyers who need opposite things.
