Last week the MediaHunt team participated in “Beyond the Blueprint” — a great insight into the ongoing development of one of the Gold Coast’s most significant mixed use developments, the $1.5 billion Paradiso Place being delivered by international company SPG Land.

The project is under construction and reshaping an entire block beside the ocean in the Surfers North precinct, one of the city’s most transformative redevelopment precincts.

Congratulations to all involved. It is a pleasure to be playing our part in bringing this project to life.

Thank you to the Gold Coast Bulletin for its page 3 article focussing on the two world-beating surfers who are ambassadors for Bastion Group’s $180 million, aptly named Surfer apartments which will be launched soon. The project is the second being undertaken by Bastion, with its $160 million Nera apartments at Chevron Island currently under construction and 70 per cent sold.
