S&S Projects have just unveiled its fourth jewel in its crown at Rainbow Bay with the announcement of its $200 million Radia, directly behind its recently completed Awaken. ✨

Radia, the 14-storey tower will be the developer's fourth project in the Rainbow Bay area since 2020 and will have 38 premium units ranging from two to five bedroom apartments. 🌇

Holm Developments is bringing the first luxury beachfront project of its kind across the border, with Kai Kingscliff! 🙌🏻

This project has already achieved a $4.65 million penthouse sale, and the remaining apartments at Kai start from $3.505 million.

The lack of beachfront sites on the Gold Coast has seen a spillover into the Tweed Coast because of the rarity of beachfront sites on the eastern seaboard. 🏖️

Great morning on-site with Helen Mastrocostas of Aniko Group to discuss the recent modifications to the master plan of Aniko's $2 billion project, 'The Landmark'.

The amended DA seeks to increase the height of Tower 1 from 30 to 35 storeys, accommodating 240 apartments—up from the 170 currently approved— bringing the entire masterplan to a total of 891 apartments.

The $500 million Vista tower by developer MRCB is proof that our city's apartment market is holding strong.

Matthew George of Urban Activation is head of sales for Vista, which was the highest selling project in the fourth quarter of last year, transacting 46 apartments for a total value of $60 million.

Matt tells 9 News that strong sales can be attributed to the quality of the project, the quality of the design and the location.

Bastion Group's $140 million 'Nera' project in Chevron Island is on track for construction following strong interest from prospective buyers, as seen in the Gold Coast Bulletin Real Estate Guide.

Following its soft launch to market late last year, Bastion has already locked in over $18 million in sales, a phenomenon driven by local owner-occupiers.
