The one-off AgRi-Silience for Flood Recovery Program will help you and your team develop a plan to guide you through the recovery and build your business resilience. Over three days of face-to-face workshops and up to 4-hours of business coaching:

• Develop a strategy for the next three years
• Build tools for decision making and communication under pressure
• Manage cashflows in times of crisis and access available support services
• Make informed decisions on pasture and soil recovery and stocking
• Identify resilience strategies to look after yourself in difficult times
• Work with an advisor of your choice
• Take advantage of dedicated time off farm to focus on your business with other like-minded local farmers.

Leading agriculture facilitators from Coo-ee Collective will deliver the program on behalf of Livestock SA. The AgRi-Silience Program has been heavily subsidised through the Farm Business Resilience Program and offers $10,000 value for an investment of just $500 per farm business, and where there is a genuine need, businesses may be able to access reimbursement for travel and childcare costs from PIRSA.

Hello 👋🏼 I'm Hayley - an organisation lover, living in the Clare Valley with my husband and a very sassy cat. 👨🏻🐈‍⬛🍷🌿

How did I get into this kind of work?
An old work mate, Dance Cockie, once said to me, "Hayley, you should be a VA!"

I was going to try to play it cool as if I knew what she was talking about, but I was really like, "What the heck is a VA?". 🤷🏼‍♀️

A couple of years later, I found myself completing a course by the awesome VA Institute Australia, and I was figuring out how to do this.

I launched my business in 2020 and have not looked back!

Initially, my side hustle but now my full time job - thanks to the amazing people that allow me to work with them. 🙌🏼

But what exactly is a VA (Virtual Assistant)?
Well, in my opinion, it is whatever you need it to be. I have connected with many VAs along the way who all offer a range of different services.

For me, I work with people to deliver whatever administrative tasks they need to help lighten their workload and make their lives easier. (But check my website - there are a few examples over there).

The ‘virtual’ part just means that I work from anywhere with my computer and the internet - my home office, sometimes I am out and about on the road and sometimes the wonderful co-worker space, Gleeson Collective.

I am most happy when I am working ‘behind the scenes’ and crossing tasks off the list. 👩🏼‍💻📃✅

I feel very lucky to have and continue to work with really successful and inspiring professionals and business people. They allow me the opportunity to learn and grow. This also means they can focus on being amazing at what they love doing!
