Digital Heat Press Operator & Garment Production Assistant
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven clothing transfer specialist to operate our Heat Transfer Press Machines, to produce high quality branded merchandise for our customers. In addition provide assistance to our screen printer to carry out the print production process.
If you are motivated & have an eye for detail & keen to learn quickly we can train you from on the job under the guidance of production team & current employees who you will work along side.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up & operate heat press machines according to job specifications & production schedules.
Load & unload materials onto the heat press and screen printing machine, ensuring correct positioning & alignment.
Adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure & time settings based on material type & production requirements.
Monitor the production process to ensure quality output & troubleshoot issues that may arise during operation.
Assist the screen printer in production of printed garments, folding, unboxing and boxing of garments.
Inspect finished products for defects & ensure they are up to company standards.
Maintain a clean & organised work area.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow & address any issues promptly.
Follow safety guidelines & procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Good physical stamina & ability to lift & move boxes & finished products.
Excellent time management skills & ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines
Hours & Flexibility
This is a casual position designed to fit around school hours & family commitments.
We will offer flexible start & finish times. Hours can be scheduled during school hours (e.g. 9:30am–2:30pm) with the option to work additional hours during school terms or reduce hours during school holidays.
Additional Information:
This role will require standing for extended periods & lifting of heavy materials. Manual dexterity & ability to perform repetitive tasks.
