It's National Vegemite Day!

Love it or hate it, VEGEMITE is an Aussie icon! 🇦🇺 How do you enjoy your Vegemite – thick and bold, with cheese, or just a light spread on toast?

To put our marketing nerd hats on, Vegemite is a fantastic example of good advertising turning a brand around. Initially it was a poorly selling Marmite imitation and, after a brief renaming to Parwill (not as catchy, right?), after almost 20 years in the market, Vegemite got the PR facelift of branding dreams and became a staple in Aussie homes, which it remains to this day, over 100 years since invention.

We all remember the Happy Little Vegemites song, after all! 💛

Last week, our Director Ange was on Country in Hope Vale, leading media production for Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council.

Throughout the week, Ange had the privilege of sitting down with Council's leadership team and community members, capturing stories, sharing insights and learning more about the people, culture and vision that make Hope Vale such a special place.

Recently, our senior leadership team stepped away from the day-to-day and into strategy mode at Art Work Spaces to think bigger, push harder, and map out the next chapter of Adllins Media.

It’s always a great day for networking and connecting with the Cairns business community, as well as getting out in the fresh air! On Friday, Director Ange, Operations Manager Amy, and Digital Content Manager Hanna had the privilege of attending the AFL Cape York House Foundation Gala Dinner alongside some of our valued business partners and supporters. 🌟🎉

We had an incredible evening of inspiring stories, live performances, a very exciting charity auction, and, most importantly, the opportunity to support young people in their education journeys. We are proud to have supported the organisation of this gala dinner with the program design, social media campaign, and a website pop-up.

Congratulations to the entire AFL Cape York House Foundation team on a wildly successful evening!
