TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS

With the COVID-19 Coronavirus situation rapidly escalating around Australia, I would like to update our customers on the situation as it relates to Planman. This situation is sensitive and rapidly changing, so we will do our best to keep you informed if there are any significant changes.

The health and safety of our staff, customers & families is of utmost importance, as well as peace of mind, so we have decided to implement some changes going forward so that we can continue to provide a quality service whilst also doing our part to minimise risk and to keep everyone safe during this time.

- You will soon notice a new reception counter setup closer to the front of the store to create a separation of areas and staff will be maintaining distance in accordance with social distancing protocols.

- We also encourage our customers to take advantage of our phone and email ordering system for simple jobs wherever possible (P: 07 4035 6914 E: [email protected]).

- Wherever possible, if you are coming to pickup a job, please call ahead to confirm it’s ready to keep waiting times to a minimum. We will endeavor to have jobs completed by arrangement prior to your arrival wherever possible.

- If you are feeling sick or unwell or are simply seeking to avoid contact, please phone us from your vehicle and we can deliver your job to your car and process payments via phone if required.

- We can also provide a door to door delivery service available as an alternative option if required.

To date we have not experienced any significant supply chain disruptions for our key supplies, however we will remain in close contact with our suppliers and there will be further information made available if this situation changes.

I would like to personally thank you all for your ongoing business and hope you and your families remain in good health. As a community, let’s continue to support each other through this difficult time.
