To all my First Nations brothers and sisters — these apps are absolute game changers! 🚀🔥‼️

Imagine showing up in life performing at your best — physically 💪, mentally 🧠, emotionally 💖 — just because you understand how your body works and how to manage your energy properly.

And no, I’m not talking about some “spiritual” energy — I’m talking about the real, biological 🧬 and psychological 🧘🏾‍♂️ effects of learning to flow with your natural body rhythm.

Don’t do what I did…
I used to grind hard 😓 trying to lose weight and get healthy without really knowing how my body responds. I would then become a victim of my own self sabotage.

But once I started managing my energy better — BOOM 💥 everything shifted:

✔️ Memory got sharper 🧠
✔️ Energy levels consistent ⚡
✔️ Training longer 🏃🏾‍♂️
✔️ Working better & smarter 🛠️

With a combo of fasting, walking 🚶🏾‍♂️, and better eating 🍎 — and a few powerful apps 📱 — my whole game levelled up.

These tools have changed the game for me — and I believe they can do the same for our mob 💯
