Role Overview
As Project Manager, you’ll be the hub between clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. You’ll manage multiple web projects simultaneously, keeping everything organised, moving forward, and aligned with client goals.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from kickoff to launch
• Communicate clearly with clients, managing expectations and updates
• Create project timelines, milestones, and task assignments
• Coordinate internal teams (design, development, QA)
• Track progress, flag risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure final deliverables meet quality, scope, and budget
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Schedule meetings and follow up with clients when needed
• Help with invoicing, simple data entry, and file organisation
• Pitch in wherever needed—flexibility is key in a small team!
Requirements
• Understanding of web design and development processes preferred
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Wix or custom CMS projects
• Client-facing experience is a must
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A proactive, hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Ability to work independently
