Gday everyone.

I take pride in my work and making sure the job is done properly the 1st time. Something ive been asked a few times and something i repair quite often.

'can you just repoint it?'
Is something ive been asked a few times.
I mean, I can if you really want me to. But you will get no warranty or guarantees and any call back will be a charge.

'Why dont you?'
Is normally the follow up question.

Whats underneath it all?
Could be broken tiles under the ridge.
How many layers have already been applied blocking the weepholes?
How much mortar have they used?
Cant apply flexible pointing to the silicone thats been put everywhere.

There is a number of reasons why i dont just 'repoint'
But I can if you really want me to, just have to make it clear about what you dont and do get.

Here are example roofs of why 'just repointing' isnt my thing.

Hello everyone.

Due to the wet weather we have had, the influx of messages and my diary filling up for the year, I have had to close my books to any major work.

I cant afford to drive out for free to do a temp fix only for you to get another company in.

Still doing:
•gutter cleaning
•solar panel cleaning
•minor repairs (change tiles, small rebedding and repointing, flashings, minor repair leaks)
