There was a point where I thought the answer was becoming “better.”

Better organised.
Better disciplined.
Better at juggling.

Especially as a mum…

I thought if I could just hold everything together better, things would finally feel easier.

But eventually I realised:

I wasn’t failing.

I was carrying too much.

The content.
The ideas.
The clients.
The remembering.
The follow ups.

Everything was living in my head.

The shift wasn’t becoming someone who could hold more.

The shift was creating support around me.

That’s the work I do now.

Not creating more noise.

Creating space.
