y the enormous impact they could have on a woman’s self esteem. The reactions of the women on their show after a makeover left me in tears with them. Not long after this, I started my own journey towards becoming the Image Consultant I am today. I’m a sun chasing, ch*****ne loving, green tea sipping woman of a certain age who doesn’t believe in following fashion trends. I believe that when we look great, we feel great, and when we feel great, we can conquer the world. I love working with women to find themselves through the way they present to the world. What started as image consulting as Styledge by Janie, quickly grew into the Styledge Lounge also. As an image consultant I was struggling to find the right clothes to represent some of my clients, as the chain stores sell a lot of the same old same old. So I went looking for the perfect pair of jeans, the dress that flatters in comfort and style at the same time, the belt to pull it together and the accessories to finish the look. Once I started buying, I didn’t want to stop, and the Styledge Lounge grew from an idea, to a space where women come to try on clothes, and leave with a new confidence. I love meeting new people and seeing what I can do to help them unlock their own style. I am excited to be implementing a brand new way of working with my clients, which zeros in on their specific personal style formula. When we work from their style formula, I can more easily help determine what’s already in their closet that will work the best for them. Once we go through their personal style formula they will discover their very own personal style words which will express who they are and how they want to be seen.

• Determine what is working and what’s not
• Determine whether your clothes align with your PSF
• Discovering your “hero” pieces
• Building outfits around your hero pieces
• Working out what you needs to fill in the gaps to complete your wardrobe
$300 for 2hours
Shopping Session:
• To have fun with fashion as you try different styles and colours
• Demonstrate how colour and style can enhance your image
• Practically demonstrate why certain styles work and not work
• Teach you to choose garments that align with your PSF
• Teach you to buy “must have’s” and no “that’ll do’s”
• Teach you to love what you wear and wear what you love
• To help you to send the right message with the appropriate looks
• Two hour shopping session includes a pre shop. (Pre shop means I have scanned the shops prior to your shopping session and have selected the appropriate garments that will suit and flatter your colouring and body shape and align with your style words.)
