I was on a call about what’s working in marketing in 2026…

“TikTok is the only thing businesses should be doing… because it works everywhere.”

Cool. Confident. Completely incomplete.

Does TikTok work?

Yeah. Absolutely.
It’s one of the best attention engines on the planet right now.

People are glued to it.
Time-on-platform is insane.
The reach can be ridiculous.

But here’s the part everyone conveniently ignores:

👉 What happens after the scroll stops?

Because attention alone isn’t a strategy. It’s just noise with a spotlight.

This is where most businesses fall apart.

They post.
They get views.
Maybe even hit a viral spike.

…and then?

Nothing.

No capture.
No follow-up.
No conversion path.
No system quietly turning interest into revenue.

So they drift.

From business owner… to full-time content hamster. 🐹
