I couldn’t resist putting together this sparkly silver A4 gift box filled with some of my favourite things — all from T2, of course!

It included:
1. A gold bee infuser 🐝
2. A bee scoop in beautiful rainbow colours 🌈

4. Herbal Harvest loose tea 🍃

It ended up being such a joyful, sparkly collection — and if I’m honest, I always seem to gift things I’d love to receive myself.

The latest finished wooden wall hanging has left the workshop, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

This piece is all about family — each member’s name curves gently around the edge of the round timber. A circle was important to me, representing unity, love, and connection.

🖌️ Behind the Scenes: Hand-Painting the Details

The round timber piece from my last experiment is moving along to the next stage — and this is where the magic happens.

Today I’m hand-painting the lettering, using a tiny paint brush to carefully clean up the edges and make each letter pop.

Every single piece is made entirely by hand, so brush strokes are visible and each item is one-of-a-kind, which makes them feel even more special.

I love this part of the process — it’s slow, meditative, and incredibly satisfying to see a design come together under your own hand. Spending time in the workshop, feeling the texture of the wood, and shaping the letters is why I make these pieces in the first place.
It’s amazing how a little attention to detail and a steady brush can turn a simple round slice of pine into something unique and beautiful.

There’s something about baby orders that instantly makes the workshop feel a little more joyful.

This medium ivory keepsake box was created for a gorgeous new baby and finished with rose gold chrome vinyl that shines beautifully against the soft ivory background.

The design features the cutest little baby elephant, along with the baby’s name and birth date — the perfect way to mark such a special moment. — you can also buy the decal on its own if you already have a gift box, bag, or memory item and want to make it personalised and extra special.

📚 A Special Order for Young Readers

One of the things I love most about creating custom bookmarks is knowing they’ll be used for something meaningful.

This recent order was for 12 boys in a reading group, and I absolutely loved putting them together.

Each clear acrylic bookmark features copper vinyl lettering, paired with a blended copper and brown tassel to complement the design.
What makes this order even more special is the purpose behind it — encouraging teenage boys to read and giving them something personal to help keep their place in the pages. Sometimes the smallest things, like a bookmark with their name on it, can make reading feel a little more engaging and a little more their own.

I love the idea of these bookmarks being tucked into novels, carried to reading group sessions, and used again and again as the boys work their way through new stories.

✨ Behind the Scenes: Trying Something New in the Workshop ✨

There’s something special about stepping away from the screen and into the workshop. Today I spent some time outside in the sunshine, experimenting with a new product idea.
I love working with natural materials like pine, and this round timber piece became the perfect little canvas. After a soft grey stain wash to bring out the wood grain, I started painting … and suddenly the idea started to come to life.

Sometimes the best products start as a small experiment—just testing an idea to see if it works.

Honestly, spending time painting, creating, and working outdoors is reason enough to keep developing pieces like this.
