Sometimes you see your designs pop up in the most awesome way possible. Well done to all the crew.

FLT 602-Blackout, successfully rescued a solo Canadian traveller stranded approximately 1,000 kilometres east-south-east of Christmas Island.

The complex search and rescue operation, led by Australian Maritime Safety Authority - AMSA, saw the Royal Australian Navy auxiliary oiler replenishment vessel reposition to assist, utilising embarked MH-60R Seahawk, Blackout to retrieve the sailor and bring him safely aboard.
