One of the most underrated parts of social media?

Understanding that not everyone connects the same way.

Some people are drawn to energy.
Some to calm.
Some to detail.
Some to personality.

When you start to explore the different personalities within your team you naturally broaden your ability to connect with more people.

Because your audience isn’t one type of person.
So your content shouldn’t be either.

It’s the weekend and technically we are “switched off” but behind the scenes a few of us are chatting about how we are secretly ecstatic about the return to normality on social media…..

Less noise.
Less pressure to perform.
Less chasing what doesn’t actually matter.

Because for a while there, it felt like the louder you were… the better you did.

But that was never the full picture.

What we’re seeing now feels different.

People are slowing down.
Paying attention to what feels real.
Choosing who they trust.

And for service-based businesses especially this is where things start to shift.

Because your content was never meant to just be seen.

It’s meant to build connection.
Familiarity.
Trust over time.

Weekly recap…..

This was a bigger week than we expected and the team are off for a well earned rest.

So proud of our crew, on Tuesday we implemented an entirely new pre-production process for social media, executed it Wednesday, Thursday and today, and the feedback from clients has been great.

Grateful to have a team who are ready and willing to take on feedback and adapt quickly - massive content week ahead next week - for now…… signing off for the weekend 🫶
