Hundredweight

Hundredweight We build brands for property that capture the imagination. Combining rigour and creativity, we desig People are at the centre of everything we do. Every idea.

Every design. Every experience. Through human-centred design, we build brands, drive engagement and create a positive influence on people and culture. When we think about what lies at the heart of a brand, it’s not a logo or a colour. It’s a feeling. It’s why we look beyond guidelines to create solutions that are unexpected, exciting and genuine. We design visual languages that are unified and rec

ognisable, but also flexible and adaptable for the future. And we work closely with our clients to design brand experiences that are both memorable and entirely theirs. Hundredweight is made up of award-winning senior creatives and producers. Unlike larger agencies, we don’t have a B-team – which means our best creatives will be working with you from day one. And working closely. Because in our experience the best results come from listening to people. As a small, agile agency, we also choose to build bespoke teams around each project. This way you always get the specialists best suited to your unique challenge. While we’ve worked extensively with Property and Finance brands, our client list is varied. The common thread has always been people. We connect customers, employees, tenants and end-users with brands through human-centred strategies and designs.

This year, International Women’s Day calls on organisations to ‘Balance the Scales’ to address the imbalances that continue to affect women and girls. Our activation for the Chifley precinct interprets this theme through a gallery lobby installation and a limited-edition IWD magazine, bringing together voices from across the community and examining what balance looks like in practice.

Happy Lunar New Year! Our playful but meaningful lobby activation for the Chifley precinct brings big Fire Horse energy, ambition and forward momentum, as well as a touch of good fortune. May 2026 bring you strength, success and abundance!

At the intersection of Sydney’s most vibrant shopping, dining, and commercial precincts, 400 George Street is a humming, pulsing fusion of Sydney’s renewed dynamism. Previously known as Telstra’s headquarters, our strategic repositioning and rebranding of this CBD nexus celebrates today’s hybrid work lifestyle, where diverse city experiences connect seamlessly. The brand narrative “Where Sydney Connects” captures the essence of vibrancy, with interlocking forms and dynamic colour gradients symbolising adaptability, movement and energy.

Hot off the press! The latest edition of One Hundred and One has come together very nicely and is the highly anticipated fifth broadsheet publication we have created for 101Collins Street. In this ‘connection’ themed edition, we explore what it means to connect – with people, with ideas and with community.

Once again, we are proud of the collaborative team effort that goes into this project and would like to thank our client and all those that helped bring it to life.

Following our strategic rebrand and leasing campaign for 33 Alfred Street (formerly the ‘AMP Building’), we received the delightful brief to create fully bespoke branded gifts for the revitalised building’s new occupants.

Now 90% leased, with tenants including four of the city’s top legal practices and an international investment bank, our oceanic marble chess set is designed to appeal to visionary leaders in this highly strategic space. The gift also reflects the heritage building’s materiality, referencing its iconic hand-glazed engineered ceramic tiles and shimmering palette.

In an arc of premium buildings on the prestigious edge of Sydney’s CBD, 126 Phillip stands apart. Designed by renowned architect Norman Foster of Foster + Partners, it has a striking presence and is a building with a perpetual modernity. A masterpiece of structural expressionism, the straight lines that define the building soar from street level up to the twin masts that touch the sky. From every aspect, 126 Phillip Street embodies an ingenious design, considered and brilliantly simple. With lifts and services pushed to the side, the column-free floor-plates are liberated to maximise flexibility and the clear views across the city, botanic gardens and harbour. The sense of openness continues with an atrium that connects the spacious ground level with fresh air and blue sky, 31 floors above.

Our brand identity captures this contemporary sophistication with confidence and simplicity. The new logo mark draws inspiration from the building’s unmistakable form on the city skyline, its straight line precision, structural expression and vertical openness within. The colour palette centres around a monochromatic scheme, using white space to mirror the building’s sense of spaciousness and openness. Bold primary colours are strategically interspersed to accentuate the building’s timeless modernity and architectural uniqueness. A complementary abstract and dynamic graphic pattern brings vibrant energy while maintaining a corporate, professional appearance, positioning 126 Phillip Street as a symbol of modernity, innovation, and professional excellence within Sydney’s evolving CBD landscape.

One pivotal position. One inspired precinct. One Figtree Drive is an open, light-filled commercial building in the centre of Sydney Olympic Park. Designed to inspire focus and support wellbeing, the building is surrounded by mature trees, manicured gardens and quiet reflective spaces. Appealing to a diverse range of target tenants, including childcare centres, gyms, and corporate businesses, our simple but effective leasing campaign identity leveraged the lifestyle appeal of the surrounding active and vibrant community and world-class sporting and leisure facilities.
