K18 Australia is one of those projects where the biggest challenge wasn't traffic. It was clarity.
Over 5 months, we rebuilt the Shopify Plus experience with a focus on clearer product education, stronger routine-based shopping journeys, and a scalable foundation for future growth.
The challenge wasn't getting people to the website. It was helping them understand the science, the products, and how the range works together.
Alongside the customer experience, we also rebuilt the B2B journey with wholesale account approvals, gated professional products, and a dedicated experience for salon customers.
