Designed by in association with our lovely friends at and landscape partner , the truly spectacular building invites everyone to be part of the spectacle of seafood, creating a new destination that is an integrated part of the Sydney Harbourfront.
Projects of this scale are full of facts and figures, however one of our favourites is that the market is now capable of redirecting up to 80% of its operational waste away from landfill, even as visitor numbers are expected to increase by 100%. This is obviously a deeply technical building, but it never loses sight of its civic role, readying to welcome millions of visitors each year.
