As you may be aware the NSW Gov have recently introduced a Short Term Rental Accommodation register. Part of the compliance requirements is having an Evacuation Diagram at the front entry door and within each bedroom.

Scan & Floor plan development - $330 inc gst (noting that each property is required to have one at the front entry door and in each bedroom with their own individual evacuation routes. Therefore, in a standard 3 bedroom property, 4 plans will require development)
Price includes electronic copies supplied to client.

Price for me to supply a printed coloured laminated copy - $7.50each.

The technology I use also has the ability to showcase your property on social media with a virtual tour and professional photographs that can be uploaded to your specific platform.
