Info for Starlink and 5g networks.
Technology has changed but your TV and laptop have not.
I get several calls per week saying my Netflix ect stop starts and or lags but my phone is perfect.
Home networks are split into 2, 1 for 5g and the other is 2.4g usually shown as telstra ....5 and then just the telstra number. The solution is to not connect your TV to the 5.
With starlink this split is not automatic and you have to login to your account select your device and split the band give it a new name and connect your TV to the new one.
