What you'll own: 🎯 Strategy + budgets for our biggest, most exciting client accounts 📊 Campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & more 💡 Media plans that connect spend to real outcomes (revenue, pipeline, LTV) 🤝 The big client conversations; you'll be the trusted advisor in the room 🌱 Mentoring our junior crew and levelling up the whole team.

You'll fit right in if you have: ✅ 5+ years in paid media (agency experience a big plus) ✅ Deep Google Ads + Meta expertise ✅ A genuinely strategic, commercially-minded brain ✅ Confidence leading client calls and tricky conversations ✅ A solid grip on tracking & attribution (GA4, GTM, server-side).
