Capability is about how not about what
The most persuasive capability statements should be about benefits, not attributes. Too many businesses describe what they do, or what they sell, without explaining why it matters. Prospective buyers usually know what they want to buy but they don’t know why they should buy it from you.
Don’t just list your services, instead explain how you will solve your prospective clients’ problems. If you understand their challenges you are best to provide the solution. See more here: https://madrigal.com.au/capability-statements/
Instead of saying “we have quality accreditation”, say “we have established systems to reduce risks, and to improve efficiency and delivery confidence”.
Madrigal Communications has highly experienced business writers who will create an appealing capability statement that will build and enhance your reputation with your clients. Contact us now.
