Bullet consulted through a phased approach and were asked to deliver brand positioning and identity for the development’s landmark residential development, Lumia.
Harnessing the power of storytelling, Bullet developed a unique narrative to communicate Sekisui’s ethos to a broader demographic. With people at the core, our brand placed Lumia as a natural wonder and a sophisticated choice.
Through an impactful launch to market, Lumia sold 75 of its apartments on its opening day. It continues to be a shining light in the Sekisui House portfolio.
