What stories are hiding in your family photo box?

In the third instalment of Tech for the Fun of It, we show you how to turn an old printed photograph into a digital copy using your smartphone.

You’ll learn how to:

âś… scan a photograph while reducing reflections
âś… straighten and gently improve a faded picture
âś… preserve the untouched original scan
âś… record the names, date and story
âś… back it up and share it with the family

You don’t need a scanner or complicated editing software—and we also explain why dramatic AI “restorations” should be treated cautiously.
