We recently supplied Dutch Mill Tasmanian Dairy with these stainless steel drink bottles screen printed with their logo for all staff. "IS COPYING SOMEONE’S CREATIVE WORK A CRIME OR A COMPLIMENT?"
Hmmm I would say in this case maybe a 'compliment' as these guys are on the other side of the world and not a local competitor.
I worked with Lauds Plant Based Foods on their new packaging design which was rolled out in mid 2018. Dani from Lauds recently discovered this Turkish vegan foods company on Instagram who have pretty much completely copied our packaging design - their new packaging was launched in February 2020. What do you guys think if this was your intellectual property being copied?
