What a morning. Our team laced up and took on the Geocon High Society Stair Chase Challenge today, climbing to the top of Canberra's tallest residential tower in support of Menslink.

A big thank you to everyone who has backed us so far. Menslink provides free counselling, mentoring and education programs for young men aged 10 to 25 across the Canberra region, and the funds raised through the Stair Chase help keep those vital programs going.

Heads up, Canberra business owners. There's a new Facebook phishing scam doing the rounds and it's a sneaky one.

Scammers are sending fake partner requests through Meta's own system, so the email looks completely real. Accept it and you could lose access to your business assets.

The rule is simple: don't accept partner requests you weren't expecting, even ones that look like they're from us. If something feels off, trust that instinct and check with us first.

Woolly wonders await. The Canberra Wool Expo is on at the Old Bus Depot Markets this weekend.

If it can be made from wool, chances are you'll find it here. Think hand felted garments and accessories, knitwear, funky beanies and a huge range of hand spun and hand dyed yarns. Watch the makers at work with spinning, felting and weaving demonstrations throughout the day.

And keep an eye out for some very special guests, Hephner the Alpaca and Friends plus Armani the Black Nose Valais.

This Tuesday our team is lacing up for the Geocon High Society Stair Chase, climbing all the way to the top of Canberra's tallest residential tower to raise money for Menslink.

Menslink does important work close to home, providing free counselling, mentoring and education programs for young men across the Canberra region. Every dollar raised goes directly to keeping those programs running.

The 18th and 21st birthday might be a milestone for some but not here.

Instead, we're all about celebrating 22 years as we add up the Threesides anniversaries for Lauren (17 years) and Bayley (5 years) this month.
