3 potential problems with your offer & why you’re not converting your ideal person into a customer.

Here is an example below for each of the steps relating to the personal training industry:

Point A to B: This one is quite self explanatory but your clients point A would be being unfit, overweight, fatigued etc. and point B would be becoming a fit & healthier version of themselves. You can then go a step further with the point B, the result of them becoming healthier, such as more energy to put into their career, more energy to spend time with kids, no more aches and pains etc.

Knowing the journey: You must be able to illustrate to your customer how they can achieve the transition from point a to b, which in the PT industry would be the steps you take them through. To begin it may br getting forms right, it may then be how many sessions they should put in, then implementing a diet etc. Again, this may seem like common sense but you’d be sunrises how many people do not communicate this in their offer, this is what lays the foundation of the belief that they can actually achieve their desired result, because they can see the journey and recognise the transition.

Objections: Common objectives within the fitness industry could be “I can’t afford a personal trainer” or “I’ve never been to the gym” or “I don’t want to lift weights”. To address these objections you would identify in your offer that your services will bring value to them “even if you’re on a low budgdt”
“even if you have no gym experience”
“and we won’t have you just lifting weights”

Recently I’ve teamed up with Luke from .time.fit to run some lead generation ads for him and his teams group training sessions!
