I think I fall in love with this time of year a little more, every single year 🍂

Watching our apple tree slowly change from full, vibrant green in summer to these soft autumn tones… it feels like I’m witnessing a quiet little story unfold right in my backyard. A reminder that change can be beautiful, and letting go doesn’t have to feel heavy.

And somehow, it feels even more special this year.
In just another week, I turn a year older and I can’t help but feel grateful to be here, present for these small, fleeting moments.

May is just around the corner, and it’s already looking so full of promise.

My first thought?
“Should I lower it so I don’t lose the job?”
 
But I didn’t. I sent it anyway.
They accepted straight away. No pushback.
 
That’s when it clicked -
brands aren’t confused about usage pricing… creators are.
 
I get asked all the time:
“How much should I charge for usage?”
 
Because being underpaid in UGC is still so common
especially when you’re new and want experience.
 
So creators end up undercharging
not because they should…
but because they’re scared to lose the deal.

Here’s your mini itinerary to follow:
Start by grabbing your festival map from the visitor centre, then jump straight onto the Pie & Tart Tipple Trail 🥧
📍 , Woodend — steak pie = must order
📍 — don’t skip the tart
📍 — come for the Guinness, stay for the pub feed
📍 — a dream for chocolate lovers In between, wander through local markets, soak up the arts & crafts, and pop into the ( Kyneton Museum )for a little history moment.
Collect all 4 stamps along the trail and you’ll be entered into the draw - basically a delicious adventure with a reward at the end 😉
