On the 11th of December we successfully launched the Chinese Food Master Competition 2021 along with Doorway Media Group at Chung Wah Cultural Centre, Balcatta, Perth. 🥳🥳
It was a pleasure to work with our host WACRA, co-hosts Chung Wah Association and Western Australia Guangdong Association. We appreciated the support from 12 other WA-based Chinese associations and local media groups.
The event has attracted over 200 guests to participate and enjoy a cooking showcase of a diverse range of Chinese food as well as giving votes for the Top10 delicious cuisines from the local Chinese restaurants. 🥘🥟
We were proud to have Consul General Dingbin Long as one of the honorable judges for the Food Master Competition. With the idea of competition comes after friendship and joy, WACRA hopes this event promotes traditional Chinese food culture, provides networking opportunities and facilitates cultural exchange among the Chinese and local communities. 🥂
