Woohoo… what an AMAZING day our Op Shop Bus Trip was! 🛍️💗

Here’s just one little sneak peek from the day, with some more photos to come! (Best shoppers of the day photo in comments)

We had an amazing 26 mums (plus little Tilly 🥰) join us as we headed over to the north side of Brissy for a day of op shopping, bargains and plenty of laughs!

We visited 9 op shops and came away with some seriously amazing finds! 🙌🛍️

We then enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Redcliffe RSL Club, with a few sneaky drinks along the way 🍹😉

But most importantly, it was a day about meeting new people, making new friends, having a good laugh and enjoying some social connection along the way. 💗

Thank you to everyone who jumped on the bus and made the day so much fun!

Already looking forward to our next adventure!🚍
A big thank you John our amazing driver from Rormac Rusbus

💛 R U OK? 💛 Such a simple question but one that can lead to a conversation that could save a life!

You don’t need to be an expert to reach out and check on someone, you just need to be a good friend and a great listener 💛

Here are 4 steps that can help guide your conversation…

1. Ask R U OK?
2. Listen
3. Encourage action
4. Check in

Remember don’t just ask R U OK? today! Someone could be struggling with their mental health any day of the year!

If you would like to learn more about how to ask R U OK? and how to support someone struggling with their mental health, the R U OK? Organisation has heaps of amazing resources available on their website!
