🎨🌿 VOTE – Williams Primary School , WA! 🌿🎨
🌾 Honouring nature, culture and connection to Country.
Inspired by Dryandra Woodland, Williams’ mural honours native endangered wildlife like the quenda, bandicoot, woylie & bilby - and the cultural heritage of Wilman Country. 💚

The mural features the iconic numbat, proudly represented in the school’s emblem, and brings together birds, wildflowers, and local bushland to reflect the area’s deep biodiversity and its importance to the traditional owners, the Wilman people.

Williams Primary has a nurturing community ethos, demonstrating how rural students can lead the way in sustainability and connection to Country.

Help them grow! 🏆✨

We’ve recently had some murals done at our wool store in Forrestdale by the extremely talented Jacob Butler (Shakey).

These murals pay homage to the rich history of the West Australian wool industry and create a great talking point on where the industry is now.

If anybody would like to see these murals, please feel free to come by and have a look.

We’d also like to ask if anybody has more information on the first Mural, depicting DD McKinnon blade shearing a sheep in the paddock. Mr McKinnon was the manager of the Pinnacles Station in the 1920’s.

We'd like to wish all studs the best of luck as we enter Ram selling season over the coming weeks.

Great to see some wet weather rolling through the state this week, stretching from the Mid-West through the Wheatbelt and in to the South West and Great Southern. With the rain rolling through we saw some clients battling bogged equipment and wet sheep. However, nobody dared complain about the rain.

We would like to remind all growers that we continue to offer daily private selling options where required and are able to organise transport if necessary.

If you have any questions or queries, please send us a message, call your local agent or our hotline on 08 9494 2967.

There was no sale this week as the wool industry entered it's annual mid-year 3 week recess.

Over the last few weeks we've had several clients finish shearing and others getting ready to start. As always, we're happy to come and assist in cleaning out any shearing sheds prior to your next shearing.

We would also like to remind clients that we continue to offer daily private selling options where required.

If you have any questions or queries, please call your local agent or our hotline on 08 9494 2967.
