Our client Pedro Marin Ramirez CFP ® went from a solo operation to a 6-7 person team, 4x their revenue in 3 years, and their brand grew with them every step of the way.

The secret? We didn’t guess. We interviewed those closest to the brand, their clients, dug deep into their world, and built something that came from them.

A client called me last week. They’d just bought a manufacturing business and wanted to know how to drive sales fast.

SEO, website, re-engage past customers, run ads. They’re all valid.

But then we stopped.

Because before we throw more leads at a business, we need to know what happens to the leads they’re already getting.

Who answers the phone? What’s the customer experience like? What happens at pickup? Is there any follow-up?

And critically, when they lose a sale, do they even know why?

Analyse the sales funnel before adding more leads to the top.

A plain white t-shirt at H&M costs $10. The same white t-shirt at a premium store costs $100.
Same product. Different brand. That’s a 10x price difference and customers pay it willingly.

A strong brand lets you: charge premium prices, attract better talent, win higher-value customers.

Your brand is your business’ perception. Elevate that perception, and people will choose you over a competitor even if your product is identical.

Spotify changed their logo and the internet lost its mind.

Spotify isn’t a tool. It’s personal. Your playlists, your Wrapped, your music taste on display. When that changes overnight without warning, it doesn’t feel like an update. It feels like a betrayal.

The lesson here isn’t “don’t change your brand.” It’s how you change it.
When we work with clients on a rebrand, we don’t unveil a new logo and hope for the best. We run surveys. We do interviews and bring internal stakeholders and key clients on the journey.
Change without context always creates resistance.

Ferrari just launched their first EV. And their own customers called it “hideous.”

That tells you everything.

Ferrari makes roughly 13,000 cars a year about half of what Toyota produces in a single day. The scarcity is the brand and the exclusivity is the product.

When you launch an EV described on your own website as “spacious and versatile”... you’ve just described every other car on the market.

The most dangerous thing a cult brand can do is chase a new customer while ignoring the ones who were there from the beginning.

The greatest design brief in history was one sentence.

And it produced one of the most iconic designs ever made.

When you’re oversubscribed, everything gets easier. You can raise prices, invest in innovation, and make decisions from a position of strength.

But demand starts with perception. If people see your brand as premium, high quality, a cut above the rest? They’ll pay for it.

If you can build the perception everything else follows.

Often the businesses doing the best work don’t have time to market it. Their brand gets left behind.

That was Growth Workplace Design when they came to us in 2023.

Since then, we’ve refreshed their brand, website, and the way they show up to market. The result: a brand that looks as capable as the business behind it.

Growth have grown. Their project sizes have scaled, they’re attracting great people, and they’ve built a reputation for exceptional workplace design and fitouts.

Refreshing Work.

Nike says “Just Do It.” Recently it feels more like “Maybe We’ll Do It.”

Hoka took the runners. On took the lifestyle crowd. New Balance had a massive resurgence. And Adidas just broke three world records with their new shoe.
Nike isn’t dying but it feels like they’re having an identity crisis, and their competitors have moved in.

Some of the best creative ideas don’t always come from the most obvious places. This $338 billion company proved it…
