We are excited to launch two new additions to the Linley Valley Free Range Pork range available in over 40 stores across Perth and in Bunbury Farmers Markets: Korean BBQ Pork Ribs with a Gochujang-Style Glaze and Pork Scotch Fillet with Honey, Sriracha & Lime Glaze.
Bold global fusion flavours were the inspiration behind the development of these two new products, satisfying customer preferences for elevated convenience and a new consumer trend called SWICY, combining sweet and spicy.
Our Scotch Fillet Steaks beautifully merges the sweetness of honey balanced with the tang of lime, and the added spice from siracha, while our ready-to-cook Free Range Pork ribs embraces Gochujang, a traditional Korean fermented chilli paste, both offering bold yet easy weeknight meals.
These products can be found at The Good Grocer, select Tucker Fresh, select IGA’s around Perth, Marmion St Fresh & Gourmet, The Grocer & The Chef, Forrest Rd Fresh, Bunbury Farmers Market and more.

Today we honour the people who spend their lives working day in and day out on farms and in processing plants to help put food on our tables.
National Ag Day is our chance to take a moment to thank these people who work hard to provide the high-quality meat Australia is renowned around the world for. Often in tough conditions and unpredictable weather, ag workers are tending to livestock, making sure food and water are plentiful for the animals or adhering to rigorous protocols to ensure our food is fresh and safe. Let’s get around our people in ag, reach out and let them know how much we appreciate their efforts, resilience and determination.
This year the theme for National Ag Day is Stand with the Land. For the past year, our farmers across Australia have shown extraordinary grit, navigating record-breaking floods, devastating droughts, imperfect policies and trade disruptions. Stand with the Land is a call to action that unites Australians in solidarity with our farmers and rural communities.
Today and every day, we thank you. Grow you good thing!

Nothing better than seeing community, kids, healthy eating, and sport combine and bring so much joy! We were happy to support for the third year this fantastic initiative by West Australian Good Food Guide and the Fremantle Dockers' Purple Hands Foundation – a unique student dining experience at Cable Beach for kids in the Kimberley. Students are selected by their school to take part in the Kimberley 9s interschool AFL football carnival - and special dinner under the stars - as a reward for regular school attendance. The carnival forms part of the Kimberley Connected schools’ youth engagement program that finds opportunities for connection, social support and education on health and wellbeing throughout the year. We love seeing the creative dishes chef Stephen Watson of Heyder & Shears and the kids devised during Fuel to Play nutrition workshops using our Linley Valley Pork for the menu! Congratulations on continuing these positive connections team, what a spectacular event!

Now more than ever we need to know where our food is coming from, how it is farmed and how to best handle it in the kitchen. The Perth Royal Show provides a great place to connect consumers with local farmers to chat about farming practices and why WA meat is the best! We engaged some of Perth's top chefs, Alex Crisp, Scott Bridger and Kate Flower Food, to work with our 100 per cent local WA produce in The Kitchen presented by Amelia Park and Linley Valley Pork every day at 11:30am in the Grazeland area (not far from Gate 1 on the way to the animal nursery). And the energy on the stage has been fantastic! On the last two days of the show, Friday and Saturday, we have award-winning chef Blaze Young (of Nieuw Ruin) sharing her culinary secrets on stage. Plus, we are offering show goers the chance to win a private cooking class at home with Scott Bridger and a Weber Baby-Q.

Craig Mostyn Group was honoured to win the Agribusiness, Food and Beverage category of the Western Australian Export Awards 2025 for the second year running.
Hosted by Invest and Trade Western Australia, these awards recognise the strength and capabilities of our state’s innovation and global competitiveness.
We were proud to sit amongst a strong field of food and beverage agribusinesses in this category who work hard to showcase the extraordinary products we produce here in Western Australia and share around the world.
CEO Wayne Crofts said this award was a tribute to the efforts and commitment of our people who come to work each day to process and package quality products for our domestic and international customers - not only our 1500-strong team today but over four generations and 100 years.
Craig Mostyn Group work closely with our global partners and we achieved double digit growth in our international sales in the past year supported by the recent investments we made at our main processing sites. These investments extend the shelf life of our products while strengthening food safety and quality for our export partners.
We look forward to representing Western Australia in the national Australian Export Awards in Canberra in November.

What a packed couple of days Craig Mostyn Group had at the 2025 at Dowerin Machinery Field Days event last month. Our team talked livestock, feed, farms, recruitment, domestic and global demand, processing capacity, forward contracts, feedlotting and more with the incredible farming community we have here in regional Western Australia. Scott Bridger showcased our beautiful Amelia Park and Linley Valley Pork products in the Craig Mostyn Group Kitchen and we connected with our suppliers and partners new and old. We also invited attendees to our Chops & Chat sundowner following the Market Update given by V&V Walsh General Manager Brent Dancer and Operations Manager Sales & Export Rhys Devitt. As a growing agrifood business Dowerin is an important platform for us to engage with customers and partners across the food supply chain and industry as we seek to expand into new markets.
Also, the canola crops at this time of year are genuinely a golden sight to behold.
See you again next year Dowerin!

Craig Mostyn Group unveiled a new $20 million investment in the livestock industry’s circular economy last week, with the official opening of a new poultry line at our Talloman facility in Hazelmere, WA.
We were honoured to have the facility officially launched by WA Minister for Agriculture and Food; Fisheries; Forestry; Small Business; Mid West, the Hon. Jackie Jarvis MLC and attended by our Chair Neil Kearney and Board members David Foote, David Keyte, Andrew Mostyn and Nicki Anderson.
Part of the Group’s $100m capital upgrade program across our processing sites, the new poultry line will process 50,000 tonnes per year of chicken byproducts into stock and aqua feed, pet food, biofuel feedstock and fertilisers.
Talloman is WA’s only chicken renderer, ensuring chicken byproducts from abattoirs, boning rooms, butchers and supermarkets around WA are converted into valuable products instead of being consigned to landfill.
Craig Mostyn Group CEO Wayne Crofts said although the Group had a significant focus on supplying protein for families both domestically and around the world through its V&V Walsh, Linley Valley Pork and Jade Tiger Abalone businesses, Talloman’s rendering facility was an important company asset to ensure circularity.
“The circular economy, where products and materials are reused, repaired or recycled as the case may be, for as long as possible to minimise waste and maximise resource efficiency, is important to the Craig Mostyn Group,” Mr Crofts said.
In addition to increasing capacity, the new facility uses less gas, improves wastewater quality, and suppresses odour through a negative pressure room, and biofilter.
Congratulations to the entire team at Talloman for their extra efforts working in and around the delivery of this project and in particular General Manager Ben Baron, Project Manager Andrew Cahill, and Operations Manager Greg Cotter.
The tallow industry maintains a special place in our Group’s history. Craig Mostyn was founded more than 100 years ago by Robert Mostyn and George Craig to trade tallow to the United Kingdom.
