Think about the last significant purchase you made for your business.
You probably searched. Read a couple of comparisons. Asked someone. Scrolled a feed. Maybe asked ChatGPT to explain the options. Circled back a fortnight later. By the time you spoke to a salesperson, you'd largely made up your mind.
Your customers are doing exactly that to you right now, and most of it happens somewhere you can't see. No form fill, no click to attribute, no neat entry point.
That's why the funnel model keeps letting people down. It assumes a start and a finish. Real buying is a loop, and the businesses winning right now are the ones showing up useful at every point of it, not just at the bottom.
