Have you struggled with finding a mental outlet, during this time of isolation?

I totally have struggled to find a mental outlet during this time. For me, my mental outlet was going to the gym. I never actually thought about how much I would miss the gym when it closed. The gym gave me a chance to do something for myself and unplug for an hour or more.
I’ve been trying to do at home workouts, but have been seriously struggling because I feel like I am still connected and not turned off. I’ve also gone on a few walks around the block, but don’t like being out and about during this time. I am still trying to come up with a way to get in my mental outlet. Hopefully I can find a solution soon.

How do you stay productive and on track when you work from home?

For me, I need a defined to-do list. I start every day with a to-do list that was written out the day before, so I know what is exactly on my plate. I then get straight to work and get as much as I can done before noon.

Why noon, because I am most productive in the morning. I don’t know if it’s all the coffee that I drink in the morning that makes me so productive, or maybe it’s the fact that I have just woken up. Either or I have to get as much done as I possibly can before noon.

Isolation has not been as easy as I imagined. I am sure that is the same for many of you. So how do you handle being in isolation?

For me, I just try to keep myself busy. 👧 I’ve always wanted to learn more about financial security, and investments. 💸 So I started surfing the internet and found an online course. 🖥️
