I’m in conversation with people nearly everyday to find out what do we actually want from a mug.
Drawing experience from cafe owners, understanding how we subconsciously relate to this object holding warm drink and providing comfort.
It extends beyond style and trend.
For cafes - it is the durability and functionality
For home - it is how it makes them feel and inviting these into the very intimate space, this is then goes deep into their identity
