Mel from Integrated Soul’s business had evolved… but her website had not.

Her Wordpress website was outdated, overcomplicated and no longer reflected how her intuitive Coaching services had grown.

With little support from her previous web designer, she was stuck on how to update or maintain it herself.

But more than anything… it just wasn’t her anymore.

So together, we set out to build her a completely new digital home on Squarespace. 🤍

Less dull & stuffy.
More soulful, more aligned, more Mel!

We restructured things to flow better through her story and services and pulled pieces of Mel’s uniqueness into the design itself.

She’s drawn to the architecture of bridges - their curves, structure & meaning - which inspired her “Identity Bridge Method” framework.

So I wove these elements into the website design:
✨curved design elements
✨bridge imagery captured by Mel herself
✨her own animal archetype sketches

These personal touches transformed things into something unmistakably hers.

And beyond the visuals, this project was about clarity.

Offering multiple intuitive services, Mel’s challenge was communicating how they connected in a way that wasn’t confusing.

But through strategic copywriting & web mapping, we clarified:
-who she helps
-how she helps
-and how to guide visitors toward the right service for them

Once we got this right, Mel sent me a message:

“Bloody amazing! This makes me excited about my work.”

And honestly - THAT is what I want for my clients! 🥰

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Charms Canine Cottage ✨

The lovely Charm, Owner/Operator of Charms Canine Cottage has a clear passion for pups and a warm-hearted brand.

For over a decade now her and her amazing team have been providing an absolute pamper palace for pooches 🐾 👑 with her Dog Grooming, Doggy Day Care and In-store Doggy Boutique - in Gladstone, QLD.

Charm came to me a few weeks back with some major issues with her website.

Unfortunately her old site's theme/design was broken and everything was extremely slow to load. Not to mention her “Doggy boutique” and a couple of other pages were never quite finished to begin with.

It definitely needed some TLC and didn’t reflect the heart and level of care that she pours into her business everyday. 💖

So I rebuilt her a custom Squarespace website that feels as clean, cute, warm and fuzzy as her Canine clients when they leave her doggy cottage. ✨

I’ve given her a new online space to showcase all the puppy goodies she sells in store and a seamless connection to her online booking system, so that she can continue to grow her bookings and connect with her clients. 🐩🐕‍🦺🐕
