Donut King has officially launched 4 brand new donuts in the shape of the famous PlayStation controller buttons. Backed by an impressive consumer competition giving customers who purchase the limited edition PlayStation donut box the chance to win a PlayStation5 plus more✨

This campaign is one of my biggest achievements!🙌🏼 The entire team worked tirelessly on this partnership for over a year. This campaign touched all departments including product development, training, supply chain, legal and of course our internal marketing team and external agencies.

A friendly little reminder for those climbing the ladder, whether you’re working in a small business, a big corporation or starting off on your own. You don’t need to be rude, to be respected. Let’s hear it louder for the people in the back🙋🏻‍♀️

We’ve all had to deal with a person who belittles others, isn’t open to opposing opinions, isn’t willing to learn (or thinks they know it all already) and simply disregards those around them😒

I’ve worked across the board and have finetuned my spidey senses to pinpoint those particular people (and avoid interacting with them at all costs)🏃🏻‍♀️

I’m not saying you shouldn’t set yourself career goals, or better your knowledge in your chosen field. You can reach all your personal career goals without raining on someone else’s parade. Who would have thought?!💁🏻‍♀️

From my experience working closely with those in leadership positions. Those who enter a room with confidence but with an open heart to learning, who speak to others regardless of their position with kindness and compassion. Those who are open to training, teaching and mentoring but also be trained, taught and mentored themselves, are the ones who automatically and undeniably receive respect and admiration from their peers.

Understand that every single person you meet knows something you don’t, never stop learning from them✨

My top 5 favourite FREE platforms that I simply could not live without!⚡️

☆ CANVA | unless you’ve been living under a rock you’ve probably dabbled in the Canva platform. With thousands (dare I say millions) ready to be used, user-friendly, visually appealing templates from social media assets, to printed material, wedding invites and more. Canva really does have it all! Made especially for those without any design experience, this platform couldn’t be easier to navigate and use.

☆UNUM | During my time as a Social Media Coordinator for a fashion label way back when, I was constantly on the hunt for a free platform where I could customise our social media grid before publishing. Sure – there are TONNES of social media scheduling platforms available nowadays, however most (if not all) require you to subscribe for a monthly fee to use their social media preview features. With Unum not only can you view your grid before publishing, but it also connects to your Instagram feed so you can view past images, as well as upcoming posts.

☆ COLOURTONE | Don’t even get me started on the ginormous amount of photo editing apps available. For me personally, Colourtone is number one. With a huge range of picture-perfect filters ready to be used, Colourtone makes it simple to edit imagery and videos within minutes (without losing quality).

☆ UNSPLASH | AKA a freelance marketer’s dream, especially when your client doesn’t own a huge library of imagery ready to be used. Unsplash is an image database with millions, dare I say billions of FREE stock imagery ready to be used. Let me preface by saying stock imagery on Unsplash is not your usual cheesy infomercial type imagery, rather images shot by professional photographers from all over the world.

☆ ASANA | Asana is a collaboration platform that allows you to create projects with sub-tasks that you can quickly assign to team members. As a campaign manager for over 2 years, Asana has been the number one platform for collaborating with a team and has kept me on track with juggling numerous tasks at once.
