"More sales" isn't a goal. It's a wish.

Ask any business owner what they want and you'll hear it. Ask them who those sales should come from, by when, and how they'll measure it and the room goes quiet.

That gap is where marketing budgets go to die. Vague goals = busy posting, panic discounts, copying competitors playing a totally different game.

Specific goals = every campaign has a job, and you can prove it did the job.

If you can't say what this month's marketing was meant to achieve, it probably didn't achieve much.

We start with the needle you want moved, then build backwards from there.

Don't know your needle yet? That's exactly where we start. Email us to find out how we can help you.

Quick question: what problem do you solve?

Not what you do. Not what you sell. What problem you solve.

Because your customers aren't searching for your service, they're searching for a way out of something:
→ Nobody wants a bookkeeper. They want to stop dreading tax time
→ Nobody wants a personal trainer. They want to feel good at their friend's wedding
→ Nobody wants a marketing agency. They want the phone to ring without doing it all themselves

If your website, bio and content lead with what you do, you're making people connect the dots on their own. Most won't.
Lead with the problem, and the right people feel seen in three seconds. That's when they stop scrolling.

What's the problem you solve? Drop it in the comments.

If you can't answer it easily, that's exactly where your messaging needs work. Book a call and we'll sharpen it together.

Well, someone wrote them. Once. Months ago. They've been selling by themselves ever since.

That's one client's automation revenue from the last 30 days. No extra ad spend, no extra staff, no one hitting send. Keep that pace and it's $15K+ a year running quietly in the background.
And this isn't some huge brand. It's a lean e-com store that finally stopped putting off the setup.

Here's what most e-com businesses are missing while they focus on the next post:
→ Someone abandons their cart and never hears from you again
→ A new subscriber joins and gets... silence
→ A customer buys once and is never invited back

Every one of those is a flow you build once and it works every day after.
Manual effort scales with your hours. Automation scales while you sleep.
If your flows aren't set up (or they exist but haven't been touched since 2024), that's revenue you're donating to your competitors.

One of the first questions I get asked is whether a business should invest in Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO.

It's a reasonable question, but it usually comes too early.

Before deciding where to spend your budget, you need to understand how your customers actually make decisions.

Very few people discover a business, visit a website and buy immediately. Most people move between platforms. They might see an ad, search your business name later, read reviews, compare alternatives, visit your website more than once and only make contact when they're confident you've got the right solution.

Each marketing channel plays a different role throughout that journey.

Google captures people who are actively searching. Meta introduces your business to people who weren't looking yet. SEO helps you become visible when questions are being asked. Email keeps your business front of mind. Reviews help remove uncertainty.

When you understand how those pieces fit together, marketing becomes far more predictable because every channel is supporting the others rather than competing for budget.

Someone Googled your service this morning.
An Instagram Reel showed up in the results. Was it yours... or your competitor's?

Since Google started indexing public Instagram content, your posts, Reels and videos aren't just competing in the feed anymore, they're competing in search results, in front of people who've never heard of you.

Which changes what a "good post" means:
→ A caption that opens with "obsessed with this 😍" tells Google nothing
→ A caption that opens with "bathroom renovation Gold Coast: what to know before you start" tells Google everything
→ Same post. Completely different reach.

Your Instagram is quietly becoming a second website. Searchable. Rankable. Working 24/7 or not at all. Most businesses haven't caught up. That's the window. Post like people are searching. Because they are.

Nobody has ever hired a business because the logo was nice.

They hire because something clicked:
→ The website said exactly what they were struggling with
→ The tone felt like talking to a real person, not a brochure
→ Every touchpoint - socials, emails, proposal, told the same story
That's brand. The logo just shows up for it.

Here's the test: cover your logo and read your website. Could it belong to any of your competitors?
If yes, you don't have a branding problem. You have a positioning problem and a rebrand won't fix it. Pretty gets a glance. Positioning gets the enquiry.

Get the strategy right first. Then make it look good. Building a brand people choose on purpose? That's our thing. Book a call.

This is what it should feel like.

Not chasing your marketer for updates. Not wondering what's actually happening behind the scenes. Just clarity, momentum, and someone in your corner who's as invested in the outcome as you are.

Simona's words, not ours 👇

"Sarah was very clear, assertive, results oriented and very collaborative... It felt like we were an extension of each other's team."

That's the whole point. We don't work for you, we work with you, like part of the team you already have.

If your current marketing feels more like guesswork than partnership, that's your sign.

We get asked this all the time →
“How much should I be spending on marketing?”

But here’s the better question:
What’s it costing you NOT to?

Marketing isn’t a line item or a 'nice to have' - it’s your growth engine.
And when it’s done right, it’s not a risk - it’s a multiplier.

At STRATEGI, we help businesses build smart, scalable marketing that attracts leads, builds brand demand and actually drives results.

If you’re ready to stop treating marketing like a cost and start treating it like the business driver it is → you know where to find us.

"Our ads got more expensive. Turn them off."

Hold on. Wrong question.

It's not "what did this lead cost?"
It's "what does this customer become?"

Two businesses run the same campaign. Both pay $80 per customer.
Business A panics and kills it.
Business B checks the data — that customer books three more times, refers their sister, and leaves a review that converts strangers for free.

Same cost. Completely different decision.
Cheap leads that never return are expensive. "Expensive" customers who stay for years are a bargain.

The businesses that scale aren't the ones with the cheapest leads. They're the ones who know what a customer is actually worth.
Know your numbers. Then spend with confidence.

EDMs aren't "updates." They're a revenue channel that works without new followers, new ads, or new content.

But here's the catch: your customer receives around 121 emails a day. A last-minute promo blast won't cut through that.

Your EDMs should be:
→ Educating before you pitch
→ Building desire between launches
→ Rescuing drop-offs with the right follow-up
→ Selling without sounding like a pushy salesperson

If your emails aren't doing that, they're not right.

Want the automations set up properly so they sell while you sleep? Book a call.
