Top tips:
✅ Try to slow it down so that you can focus on what needs to be managed first.

✅ Just take your time - a rushed job isn’t always a good job.

✅ Know your limit and don’t overwhelm yourself.

✅ Break it down into small doable tasks and you will get there.

✅ Plan ahead and get organised.

✅ Delegate and learn to say no.

Do you convince yourself that it can wait or maybe you psyche yourself out of doing it because you think it’s too hard?
