Finally ticked off the Advanced Marina Management (AMM) course with the Marina Industries Association at Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron last week.

After years of hearing how valuable this course is, I can see why.

A week of learning,
benchmarking marina operations, tackling a redevelopment project for d'Albora East Coast Marina, hearing from some outstanding industry speakers, and connecting with an incredible group of marina professionals from across Australia and Fiji.

The biggest takeaway? Never get complacent. There's always room to learn, improve and create more value. Grateful for the experience, the new friendships and industry connections, and even managed to take home the 🏆 Best Profit Idea award.
