Tropical Cyclone Alfred is currently tracking towards the southeast Queensland coast and is expected to make landfall late tonight or early Saturday morning. The Bureau of Meteorology has warned of strong winds, heavy rainfall, and potential flooding across the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.
At IBS, we are closely monitoring the situation and adjusting our operations accordingly. While we are still aiming to resume manufacturing this Sunday, we cannot guarantee this timeline as it will depend on the cycloneโs impact and the advice we receive from the BoM and local authorities.
