Over 25 years in early childhood. 16 of them at ELM. Sandi has seen a new service through every stage there is: planning, construction, licensing, approval, opening day. And back again.

She manages the full development lifecycle: pre-planning, design review, construction, fit-out, service approval, and the handover into day-to-day operations. Her projects span the entire country, working directly with providers, developers and investors at every stage.

Sandi knows the National Construction Code and Australian childcare regulations inside out. Which is exactly why nothing gets missed before a centre opens its doors.

Our Operational Consultants, Shelley and Jodie, recently joined the team at Springwood Road State School to celebrate NAIDOC Week.

It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, recognise the rich histories, cultures and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and celebrate the importance of connection, community and learning.

Thank you to everyone involved for such a meaningful celebration.
